The heavier you are, the easier it is to lose the first 10lbs

The title is pretty darn convincing isn't it? Well, it's true for many people I know. Here's how this happens. A larger person who is beyond being overweight is obese. They are typically eating THOUSANDS AND THOUSANDS of calories per day. At time 2-3 times more calories than the average person.

So when they restrict their caloric intake to just 1500-2000, then they'll create a calorie deficit in their body, thus not taking in thousands of calories like they used to. What does this mean? Ultimately they can lose up to 1-2lbs per day for the first week alone. That kind of weight loss can range from 7-14lbs in one week!
