Keep a journal

Sometimes people experience some difficulty losing weight. For some this could be an emotional thing because they've used food as a comforter when times get tough in life.One of the things that counselors do is encourage their patients to do is journal their feelings.This helps them get in touch of why they do what they do.

This could work for weight loss as well. Journaling why you are feeling the things you feel when on a diet could help you stay away from the temptations of junk food or going back to that old lifestyle
