Introduce resistance training to your program. Basically that's weights. Women often think that they don't want to do weights because they don't want to get huge and bulky like a man, so instead they stick to doing cardio for hours at a time. But what most women don't realize is that it takes so much effort to even look "buff." Men have more testosterone on their system than women. That is what muscles need to get bigger, the male hormone.

But when women lift weights, they become more tone, their stronger and they lose weight faster than the woman who uses the elliptical for an hour. Why? It's because muscles need to burn energy and it needs nutrients. It pulls all that from the food in your stomach first, then from your fat stores.
