Crunch on ice

The next time you're feeling hungry during your weight loss program, crunch on some ice. The sound and chewing action you're doing will trick your body into thinking it's eating. But once it realizes there's no food in your stomach, it will pull from your fat reserves and use that as calories for energy.

Don't do this as a meal replacement. It's only meant to be done in between meals. It's a great tip and if you have a big class of water with some ice, spritz in some lemon or lime. The citrus will help with the flavoring.
