Did you know that 80% of your weight loss program is tied up with what you eat? It's true. Exercise helps you keep healthy, but more of losing weight has to do with what goes into your body.
You can actually lose weight just by cutting back on what you eat and not exercise. But when you do incorporate exercise with your diet, your weight loss will accelerate

Water Enhancer
Have you ever tried a water enhancer? If you're not familiar with them, they are small bottles filled with concentrated flavorings that you add to any bottle of water. The idea is the enhancers will make drinking water more palatable.
By adding the enhancer, it makes the person drink more water. This is a perfect dieting tool because one of the most important things anyone can do while dieting is to drink more water. Enhancers will get you to do that.

So many weight loss programs out there
It's pretty overwhelming to know that there are literally hundreds, if not thousands of weight loss programs out there. They all promise quick and easy results. But the reality is, they all work the same. Each diet's objective is to get you to eat less food.
Anytime you eat less food and you move more, you create a calorie deficit, which causes you to burn calories stored in your body (fat) and be used as energy. Over a long period of time, this will result into weight loss.

Crunch on ice
The next time you're feeling hungry during your weight loss program, crunch on some ice. The sound and chewing action you're doing will trick your body into thinking it's eating. But once it realizes there's no food in your stomach, it will pull from your fat reserves and use that as calories for energy.
Don't do this as a meal replacement. It's only meant to be done in between meals. It's a great tip and if you have a big class of water with some ice, spritz in some lemon or lime. The citrus will help with the flavoring.

Healthier choices when eating at a restaurant
I have to admit, eating at a restaurant is pretty fun. You don't have to cook, someone serves you and you don't have to do the dishes! But when you're trying to lose weight, eating at a restaurant can ruin your diet. So here's a few tips that will help you stick to your weight loss program.
1. Pick a restaurant that has a healthy menu. Best to stay away from fried and greasy foods.
2. Order water or Iced Tea instead of soda.
3. Skip the appetizer.
4. Have a small salad with balsamic vinegar and oil on the side.
5. Drink plenty of iced tea or water during your meal, helps keep you satisfied.
6. Skip dessert.
If you follow these 6 simple steps, eating out still can be fun and part of your weight loss program.

How much water should I drink to lose weight?
When you're trying to lose weight, make sure you drink plenty of water. General rule of thumb, drink about
90 ounces a day for women and about 125 ounces a day for men. This doesn't necessarily mean that you should drink this much water. Most of our food is made up greatly of water.
Remember our bodies are made up of water as well. So don't skimp on it thinking you want to get rid of water weight. In fact once you start to cut back on water your body will start holding onto the water you have in your body, also known as retaining water. To avoid feeling bloated from water retention, drink as much of it so your body can use it and won't find a need to store it.
Drinking plenty of water, a good healthy diet and moderate exercise will help you lose weight. But to give it a shot in the arm, use Pure Ketone Slim to help boost your metabolism, control your appetite and increase your energy.
