Keep a journal
Sometimes people experience some difficulty losing weight. For some this could be an emotional thing because they've used food as a comforter when times get tough in life. One of the things that counselors do is encourage their patients to do is journal their feelings. This helps them get in touch of why they do what they do.
This could work for weight loss as well. Journaling why you are feeling the things you feel when on a diet could help you stay away from the temptations of junk food or going back to that old lifestyle

The key to losing weight is in your diet.
Did you know that 80% of your weight loss program is tied up with what you eat? It's true. Exercise helps you keep healthy, but more of losing weight has to do with what goes into your body.
You can actually lose weight just by cutting back on what you eat and not exercise. But when you do incorporate exercise with your diet, your weight loss will accelerate

Weight Loss tip: Breakfast
Starting off with a good breakfast will greatly affect your
cravings and how you eat throughout the day. If you don’t eat a good breakfast,
you’ll most likely make bad food decisions later on in the day . This happens because you end up being famished by lunch time and
you will pick fast food because it’s quick and easy to get. It’s common knowledge that fast food is high
in calories as well as sodium. These
additional calories will eventually add up to more weight and a larger waist
line.
Another reason why you should eat breakfast, the term breakfast is a combination of BREAK FAST. Your body goes in to a fast while you sleep. Eating in the morning is breaking that fast. What typically happens when you're on a fast is your body tends to store any calories you will ingest as a precaution. It does this because your metabolism thinks that you won't have food for another long period of time, there for it use anything in your stomach to store for future use.
When you break your fast, you are telling your body that there will be food again, therefore it won't try to store any calories for later use.

Accountability
You know what makes weight loss a success? It’s accountability.
Merriam Webster defines accountability: “: the quality or state of being accountable; especially : an
obligation or willingness to accept responsibility or to account for one's
actions <public officials lacking accountability> “
When you have an accountability group or partner, it helps keep
you focused on your weight loss. Having to report about how you are doing with
your diet and exercise to others keeps you on your toes and you don’t want to disappoint
others. When you are in this setting, others are relying on you to keep them
accountable or in other words, responsible for their actions.
One supplement that is available is Pure Ketone Slim. This helps
you keep accountable to yourself. If you take it, not only will you experience
the benefits of increased energy, higher metabolism and maintain the weight
loss, but it helps keep you on track of your weight loss goals. I guess you can
say it’s accountability in a bottle!
