If you plan on being on the road for more than an hour, pack
yourself a sandwich. But make sure you use whole wheat bread with lean meats as
the filling. Go light on the mayo and use mustard for extra flavoring.
By doing this, you can maintain eating 6 small meals per day
and not have to worry about skipping meals. Besides when you keep yourself
sustained, you lower the risk of you binge eating with junk food from fast food
restaurants or chips and candy.
