At 7g of protein, 0.6g of fat and 5g of fat, the egg is a
great diet food to have. Hard boiled eggs are portable, delicious and are full
of nutrients to keep you full and satisfied for at least 1-2 hours. They are
perfect as a snack in between meals or if you combined them in a salad, they
make a great source for protein.
Add a pinch of salt or pepper to add flavor to the eggs. You
can eat up to 3 eggs per sitting and that could be considered as a full meal
during your weight loss program.
