Did you know that an egg has 7g of protein, 0.6g of fat and 5g of fat. This makes eggs a great diet food to have. Hard boiled eggs are portable, delicious and are full of nutrients to keep you full and satisfied for at least 1-2 hours. They are perfect as a snack in between meals or if you combined them in a salad, they make a great source for protein.
Add a pinch of salt or pepper to add flavor to the eggs. You can eat up to 3 eggs per sitting and that could be considered as a full meal during your weight loss program.

Healthier choices when eating at a restaurant
I have to admit, eating at a restaurant is pretty fun. You don't have to cook, someone serves you and you don't have to do the dishes! But when you're trying to lose weight, eating at a restaurant can ruin your diet. So here's a few tips that will help you stick to your weight loss program.
1. Pick a restaurant that has a healthy menu. Best to stay away from fried and greasy foods.
2. Order water or Iced Tea instead of soda.
3. Skip the appetizer.
4. Have a small salad with balsamic vinegar and oil on the side.
5. Drink plenty of iced tea or water during your meal, helps keep you satisfied.
6. Skip dessert.
If you follow these 6 simple steps, eating out still can be fun and part of your weight loss program.

Green Tea Extact
The American Journal of Clinical Nutrition conducted a study that found green tea
extract, also used in weight loss supplement called Pure Ketone Slim, resulted in a significant increase in energy expenditure (a measure of metabolism), in addition, it also had
a significant effect on fat oxidation.
Originally, researchers thought that the caffeine content of green tea was the cause of the weight loss. However, the researchers discovered that the tea actually has properties that go beyond those that would be explained by the caffeine. The caffeine found in the green tea, when administered alone, failed to change the energy expenditure in other studies. This led researchers to believe that there is some interaction going on with the active ingredients of green tea that promotes increased metabolism and fat oxidation.Pure Ketone Slim contains 40% Green Tea Polyphenols.
