One can of soda can have as much as 180 calories. That's what we call "empty calories." We know it's not filling nor is it even remotely healthy for you, but it's the sugar in it that will cause some major problems. Sure it tastes good and maybe for the first 15 minutes you feel great because of the caffeine and sugar. But once the high wears off, you're going to feel terrible.
The sugar will do a number on your blood sugar levels. Causing you to feel sluggish and tired. You also will be hungry shortly after that since your body needs actual nutrients to survive. Soda doesn't have anything in it that is beneficial to your body.

Healthier choices when eating at a restaurant
I have to admit, eating at a restaurant is pretty fun. You don't have to cook, someone serves you and you don't have to do the dishes! But when you're trying to lose weight, eating at a restaurant can ruin your diet. So here's a few tips that will help you stick to your weight loss program.
1. Pick a restaurant that has a healthy menu. Best to stay away from fried and greasy foods.
2. Order water or Iced Tea instead of soda.
3. Skip the appetizer.
4. Have a small salad with balsamic vinegar and oil on the side.
5. Drink plenty of iced tea or water during your meal, helps keep you satisfied.
6. Skip dessert.
If you follow these 6 simple steps, eating out still can be fun and part of your weight loss program.

How much water should I drink to lose weight?
When you're trying to lose weight, make sure you drink plenty of water. General rule of thumb, drink about
90 ounces a day for women and about 125 ounces a day for men. This doesn't necessarily mean that you should drink this much water. Most of our food is made up greatly of water.
Remember our bodies are made up of water as well. So don't skimp on it thinking you want to get rid of water weight. In fact once you start to cut back on water your body will start holding onto the water you have in your body, also known as retaining water. To avoid feeling bloated from water retention, drink as much of it so your body can use it and won't find a need to store it.
Drinking plenty of water, a good healthy diet and moderate exercise will help you lose weight. But to give it a shot in the arm, use Pure Ketone Slim to help boost your metabolism, control your appetite and increase your energy.
