Weight Loss tip: Breakfast




Starting off with a good breakfast will greatly affect your cravings and how you eat throughout the day. If you don’t eat a good breakfast, you’ll most likely make bad food decisions later on in the day . This happens because you end up being famished by lunch time and you will pick fast food because it’s quick and easy to get.  It’s common knowledge that fast food is high in calories as well as sodium.  These additional calories will eventually add up to more weight and a larger waist line. 

Another reason why you should eat breakfast, the term breakfast is a combination of BREAK FAST. Your body goes in to a fast while you sleep. Eating in the morning is breaking that fast. What typically happens when you're on a fast is your body tends to store any calories you will ingest as a precaution. It does this because your metabolism thinks that you won't have food for another long period of time, there for it use anything in your stomach to store for future use. 

When you break your fast, you are telling your body that there will be food again, therefore it won't try to store any calories for later use.
