Need that extra kick




Here’s a weight loss tip that you may not have thought about before. If you’ve been dieting and exercising for the last few weeks you might feel burnt out. Usually when this happens you can start to lose motivation and more likely to give up on the progress you’ve made. At this point you’ll need a swift kick to the butt. 

Learning a new sport might just be the thing you need. Trying something out and keeping in shape for it might help you keep motivated. If you already participate in a sport, perhaps taking it to the next level will do it. Competition is a healthy way of keeping you energized and interested in the sport. It’s also a great way to gauge where you are in your skill and fitness level.
